The Overcouncil is an administrative organ responsible for running the athas.org organization. The Overcouncil oversees administration and membership of the Senate and the Templarate. The Senate is the athas.org quality group, and serves as an advisory organ. The Senate decides which projects and products are to be made official. Inquiries, suggestions and feedback on new or existing products can be sent to senate@lists.athas.org.

The Templarate is a body of contributors to Athas.org. The are considered a trusted group of experts, which drives product development. Templars are drawn upon to work on the various projects at athas.org and can even propose new projects.
